Phone and installation requirements
As of 12 October 2026, the App Store lists iOS 16.0 or later for iPhone installation. Open the official listing from our app page and check its current system and regional requirements. For Android, use the official installation link here and follow the phone's compatibility and installation prompts. Verify NFC hardware separately with the phone maker; a brand or model family does not prove every device supports it. Resource downloads and AI interaction also need a connection.
Check the official App Store requirements ↗First time: bind with the serial number
Install the app, sign in to your usual account and let character resources finish downloading. Go to Collection → Character collection → Bind and enter the supplied serial number. Wait for the binding confirmation and check the character information. Keep the serial number private and avoid showing it in public posts, photos or videos.
After binding: follow the NFC scan prompt
Use the bound account and open scanning from the phone icon on the app home screen. Keep the phone unlocked and hold its NFC area near the position identified in the product instructions. Enable NFC on Android if applicable. The plush uses passive NFC and needs no charging. After recognition, follow the in-app prompts to select an activity or claim an available reward.
Troubleshooting NFC scanning and binding
Check NFC hardware, the bound account and the active scan screen. Remove thick cases, magnetic or metal accessories, then adjust the contact position slowly. For an invalid serial number, check characters and spaces; for an already-bound code, check the original account. Report app problems through Settings → Feedback. Use your retailer's private support for orders and binding ownership.
