A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

The answers you might be looking for.

How do I bind my plush?

Sign in to your usual account, go to Collection → Character collection → Bind and enter the supplied serial number. Check the confirmation; a character card alone does not confirm binding. Check characters and spaces for an invalid code. If already bound, check your original account or contact your store.

Is NFC tapping the same as first-time binding?

First-time binding uses the serial number. NFC provides scanning and interaction from the bound account. Open the phone icon on the home screen and follow the prompt to scan with a compatible phone. Keep it unlocked and enable NFC on Android if needed. Recognition does not guarantee a reward.

Does the plush need charging? Does it speak itself?

The plush uses passive NFC and does not need charging. Voice chat, care, photos and content updates take place in the app and cloud, not through a speaker inside the plush.

Does chatting automatically create a mood note?

No. Choose Nono chat for conversation. To keep a mood entry, use Record mood separately, then find it in Notebook → Mood notes.

Where do I find a completed photo?

Tap Download on the result screen and check your phone’s photo library after the confirmation. In-app images are in Collection → Photo Album. Photo videos use a separate entry point; check that screen for costs and saving options.

How do friends keep memories on a Nono tree?

Open Tree, select the tree and choose Feed photos. Add a photo and text, then submit. Find it in that tree’s Memories after confirmation. Invite through Friends and check membership and visibility before sharing.

Does buying a plush make every app feature free?

No. Check whether a feature is free, uses Stars or requires payment, along with access limits, duration and cooldown. Review prices, billing periods and renewals before subscribing. Product benefits follow the order description.

Can children use the app?

The current app privacy policy states that the app is intended for users aged 4 and above. Users aged 4–18 must obtain guardian consent. Separately check the physical product’s age guidance; the two are not interchangeable.

What should I know about photos, chats and privacy?

Read the privacy policy and consent notices. Some features use cloud and third-party processing; do not assume everything stays on your phone. Do not enter passwords or ID numbers. Redact personal details and share serial numbers or purchase documents only through private support.

Still need a hand?

Report app problems through Settings → Feedback. For orders, binding ownership and returns, contact your retailer. Never post serial numbers, phone numbers or purchase documents in public comments.
