Tino User Agreement

Welcome to Tino. This agreement is between you and 上海未伴纪元科技有限公司 (referred to as “we” or “us”). Please read it carefully before use.

1. Services

Tino is a virtual-pet care app offering:

  • Virtual-pet interaction and care.
  • AI voice calls and text chat.
  • Voice-note recording and organization.
  • Check-ins and rewards.

2. Account registration and use

  • You need a valid mobile number to register.
  • You must safeguard your account information and are responsible for losses resulting from failing to do so.
  • You must not transfer or lend your account to others.

3. User conduct

When using Tino, you must not:

  • Publish unlawful, pornographic, violent or other inappropriate content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.
  • Use technical means to obtain data unlawfully.
  • Act in ways that could harm our rights or interests or those of other users.

4. Recording and voice features

  • Voice calls and recording require microphone permission.
  • Your voice data is used only to provide AI interaction services.
  • Voice-note content is stored after AI processing; you may delete it at any time.

5. Virtual currency and in-app purchases

  • In-app Stars are virtual currency and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • In-app purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All Tino content, including character designs, animations, sound effects and code, is our intellectual property and must not be copied or distributed without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

  • Tino’s AI responses are for entertainment only and do not constitute professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.

8. Changes to this agreement

We may amend this agreement and publish the amended version in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
